Lowes Home Improvement is a 140,000 square foot retailer located on Thomas Burgin Parkway in the City of Quincy, Massachusetts.  The development involved numerous levels of permitting, including seveal layers municipal permitting, including permits from four municipal departments, the abandonment of a public way and relocation of a public park, as well as state legislative approval.
